Patterson Hood and a bunch of others covered some of their favourite songs back in 2007 (the 1st of December to be exact) as part of Underneath the Covers 2 - an AIDS Athens benefit night. Patterson Hood chose some songs from Bruce Springsteen's Darkness on the Edge of Town, and enlisted John Neff, David Barbe, Brad Morgan, and Jay Gonzalez.

Oh man, I wish he had done the whole album. Listened to this last night.
