Setlist: Bob Dylan, O2 Dublin, 6 May 2009

Last night's show was Bob Dylan's last of the current leg of his Neverending Tour. Similar set list to the first night, but he did change it up a little. 'If You Ever Go to Houston' sounded even better the second time.

Setlist:
The Wicked Messenger
Girl From The North Country
Man In The Long Black Coat
Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again
Blind Willie McTell
Desolation Row
It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)
Po' Boy
Highway 61 Revisited
Ballad Of A Thin Man
I Don't Believe You (She Acts Like We Never Have Met)
Ain't Talkin'
Summer Days
Like A Rolling Stone
All Along The Watchtower
If You Ever Go To Houston
Spirit On The Water
Blowin' In The Wind

Sorry to disagree, but the two set lists only have 7 songs in common by my count.

Some of the songs on this list are amazing. Would have loved to have heard the opening three numbers, Desolation Row, Its Alright Ma, Ballad of a Thin Man, I Don't Believe You...

Sheeeet.

Good bit of variety so, I just glanced at the set. I didn't want to too disappointed reading what I missed out on!

When get back my connection and out of the internet Cafe's again I can't wait to have a look over his set lists going back at least a month before his 02 gigs to see if 'Man In The Long Black Coat' and 'Blind Willie McTell' were featured in any of them.
The show stunned me from start to finish, but particularly those two songs for reasons which will be obvious to anyone who knows me or are familiar with the songs I do. One song somewhere around the middle, maybe it was Po' Boy (?) anyway it was a song I had never heard before and was complete and utter mastery... musical & vocal wizardry like I've not witnessed ever before, it was a feeling something like being on a mountain while it was being held up, elevated to new unexpected level of wonder by some very magical mighty and creative hand.
